Time to Heal?
A layer of our energy body (aura) acts as a storage house for unprocessed emotions and can be referred to as the “emotional body”. As we work through emotional pain this energy is pushed further and further away, usually to a point where we are not constantly reminded of the event.
Unless we clear this completely, it sits at the outer most limits of our “emotional body” awaiting the opportunity to remind us, perhaps years later, that it is still there.
An example of this might be that, as an adult, you may be going through a relationship that is ending. The adult skill set and maturity are in place but because the hurt, anger, disappointment or pain may not have been fully cleared when, as a teenager, you lost your “first love”, this energy is pulled back closer to you, and you experience the same intensity of pain and emotion that you did that very first time.
Perhaps you have experienced something similar. This is how you know that there is still a layer to work through.
