At some point, perhaps because of the hectic pace we live, you may begin to feel lethargic, heavy, irritable or just plain blah. This usually indicates that it’s time for a “tune up”. This just blows the cobwebs and dirt out of the receptor sites that have previously been activated to allow more light, energy and joy to be accessed.
